Centro de Mando can clone your voice and create an animated character from your photo to present your business's videos. Before doing either, the console shows the text below and asks you to accept it and type your full name. Without that record the console clones no voice and draws no character from a photo.
I confirm that the voice in the recordings I upload is my own, or that I am the person entitled to authorize its use, and that none of the recordings contains another person's voice.
I authorize Offerae LLC (Centro de Mando) to create a digital copy of my voice with a voice-synthesis provider and to use it only to generate the videos and audio I request from my console for my business.
I understand that the copy is stored in the provider account Centro de Mando uses, that I can ask for it to be deleted at any time from Mi negocio or by writing to support, and that deleting it does not change videos already made.
I understand that I am responsible for what I publish with that voice and for making sure it is not used to deceive anyone, to impersonate another person, or for unlawful content.
This authorization has no expiry while my account exists; it ends when I ask for the voice to be deleted or when I close my account.

Uploading another person's voice or photo — a celebrity, a competitor, a relative, a customer, an employee — without their express written authorization breaches the Terms of Service and may be a crime. If a person tells us their voice or likeness was used without permission, we remove the voice or character and may close the account.
